How Giant Gamers Spirit Beasts handles account, collection and gameplay information.
Effective October 20, 2026.
Your player name and Player ID, email address, password and security-answer hashes, Coin balance and Coin history, card ownership, pack openings, transfers, battles, fusions, achievements, account timestamps, and limited security logs such as IP address and browser user agent.
To run your account and collection, settle packs and battles fairly, prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards, recover accounts, answer support requests and protect the service.
Passwords and security answers are stored only as one-way hashes. Staff will never ask for your password, security answer or reset link. We use scoped database credentials, encrypted connections, rate limits and security logs, but no service can promise absolute security.
Your email, login details, reset tokens, Coin history, security logs and private account records are not published. Public pages may show gameplay information such as your player name, rating, achievements, battle results and card details.
Data is processed only by the Giant Gamers hosting, email, backup and monitoring services needed to run the game. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect players and the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising, and the game has no third-party trackers.
Account and gameplay records are kept while your account is active so your collection and progress are preserved. Coin, ownership, fusion, transfer and fraud-prevention records may be kept longer. Temporary tokens and security logs expire sooner, and backups roll off on their normal schedule.
You can update your email and password in Account Settings. You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data through Giant Gamers support. Some ownership, battle and security records may be kept or de-identified to protect other players and the integrity of the game.
Spirit Beasts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Players under the age of majority should use the game with a parent or guardian's permission.
For privacy, account, export or deletion questions, contact Giant Gamers support through the Giant Gamers community forum. Include your player name and Player ID, but never a password or private link. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
