Community game terms for Giant Gamers Spirit Beasts: accounts, Coins, packs, digital collectibles, battles, transfers and fusion.

Giant Gamers Spirit Beasts is a free-to-play web trading card game run by Giant Gamers. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Giant Gamers community rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
One person may hold one player account. Keep your email and password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to use online services where you live, and players under the age of majority should play with a parent or guardian's permission.
Coins are a free in-game currency earned through play: a welcome bonus, daily logins and battle wins. Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred for value, exchanged for real money or redeemed outside the game. Balances may be corrected if they were credited by mistake or through an exploit.
Packs are opened with Coins using the exact rarity odds shown in the Pack Store. Each card is rolled independently on the game server, so duplicates can happen and no specific card is guaranteed. Odds may change for future packs, but never for a pack you have already opened.
Cards, levels, titles, achievements and rankings are digital collectibles for entertainment inside Spirit Beasts. You receive a personal licence to use them in the game; they are not property, securities or prizes and have no cash value. The game server's record is the authoritative record of what you own.
Cards may only change owner through the official transfer feature in My Collection. Selling cards, Coins or accounts for real money or for items outside the game is not allowed, and cards involved may be frozen or returned.
A fusion preview does not change your collection. Completing a fusion permanently consumes exactly two eligible parent cards and creates one child card. Consumed parents stay in lineage history but cannot battle, transfer or fuse again.
Play to win, but play fair. Do not exploit bugs, use bots or scripts to play for you, run multiple accounts to farm rewards, collude to fix match results, impersonate other players or staff, harass anyone, or attack the service. Report bugs to staff instead of using them. Rewards from exploits may be removed.
To protect players and the game, staff may warn players, reset ill-gotten rewards, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to a ban across Giant Gamers services.
We may balance cards, adjust prices and rewards, add or retire features, and pause the service for maintenance. We aim to preserve valid collections and history, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
Spirit Beasts has no cash-out of any kind. It must not be used for wagering, betting or any game with a real-world prize.
For help, use the Giant Gamers community forum. Include your player name, Player ID (shown in Account Settings) and the approximate time of the problem. Staff will never ask for your password, reset link or security answer.
